Design Services
In the event you are not design savy or if you just aren't sure how to set up art for printing, we can help. We charge a flat $50 an hour for any design work your project may require. All of the employees here were designers/illustrators before getting in to the printing side of things so we can help you with any design needs your project requires. From simple separations to full color books and web sites, we can take care of it for you. Many of the posters we have printed are designed in-house which you can see in our Blog section here at ironforgepress.com.
 
Other Fees
There are some additional options and fees to be aware of when placing an order with us. Those are detailed below.

• Rush Fees: We do offer limited rush services depending on our production schedule. If your order needs rushed, email us the dates and we will let you know if that time frame can be accomodated and how much the additional fee will be. 7 to 14 business days from approval of the order is our standard production time so if you are within that time frame, you will be fine.
• Below Minimum Fees: We can print less than 48 shirts/posters for an order. The lower the number of pieces being produced, the higher the fee is associated with that project. For example, to produce a single item, t-shirt or poster, would have a $150 fee attached to it. To produce 12 of an item, expect to pay and additional $7 per piece. For 24 of an item, expect to pay and additional $4 per piece. And for 36 of an item, expect to pay and additional $1.50 per piece.
• Water-based Ink Mixing Fees: If your order requires water-based inks, expect to pay a $10 mising fee per color. This is required because of the nature of water-based inks and evaporation over the course of production.
• Pantone Color Matching Fees: If your order requires pantone color matching, expect to pay $15 per color match.
• Screen Setup Fees: $20 per color (includes film positive and usage of one screen)
• Screen Wash and Turn Fees: If your job has small design elements that can be ganged up on one screen like collar designs, we can save you money by reducing the cost from $20 per design down to $15 per screen wash if more than 1 ink is being used, and $15 per screen turn to accomodate your designs.
